This is a private health club exclusively for women only. The club is set on two floors, with a cardio suite on the upper level, allowing you to look out over the relaxation terrace to the entrance of Nerja, the sea and the surrounding hills as you run on the running machine. Also upstairs is the aerobic studio where there are many classes on offer, such as aerobics, Pilates, yoga and flamenco dancing. Also included in the facilities is a sauna, Fitness for kids, diet and weight management, and a personal programme in the gym.
A treatment room for beauty and massage and a hairdressing room are on site, but these are not included in the membership price.
