Benacazón is part of the Aljarafe comarca in Seville. It is one of the highest positioned towns in the province and was founded by the Romans, although it was actually given its’ name by the Muslims. The town’s economy is heavily supported by agricultural produce, in particular by its’ olives, fruits and cherry orchards. But Benacazón also concentrates on its’ livestock and produces good quality beef.
