Camas is situated in the comarca of Aljarafe in Seville and was originally built over old farmland from the Muslim era. The town has many interesting monuments to see, such as the Iglesia Parroquial de Nuestra Señora de Gracia, the Torre del Cortijo de Gambogaz or the Ermita de Nuestra Señora de Guía. There is also a Tartessian relic in the town: the Tesoro del Carambolo made from 21 pieces of 24 carat gold.
