AIRPORT STATISTICS FOR ANDALUCIA
Andalucia has 5 international airports. There is detailed information about each airport and the flights on our respective airport pages, Malaga, Sevilla, Almeria, Jerez, Granada-Jaen.
The number of passenger movements in 2010 at Spain's top five airports were:
Madrid Barajas - 49,966,000
Barcelona - 29,209,000
Palma de Mallorca - 21,117,000
Malaga - 12,065,000
Gran Canaria - 9,486,000

Below we present statistical information on number of passenger movements in thousands. (A single passenger arriving and departing from the airport is counted as two passenger movements), number of aircraft movements (landing and take off counts as two) include general aviation (light aircrafts) and thousands of tonnes of cargo for the years from 2000 to 2010.
