Antequera has numerous daycare centres and schools for children. There is also an Official Language School (Escuela Oficial de Idiomas) where it is possible to obtain a wide variety of certifications in different languages.
In terms of university education, the national UNED, distance learning program is available to residents in this area.
Throughout the city there are academies that offer both extra help for primary and secondary students as well as language programs, dance, technology courses, driving classes and much more.
