Like all cities in Andalucía, the city of Jaen has a wide variety of hotels on offer, from Spa´s to B&B´s and hostels, you can take your pick. Jaen is popular tourist destination, there is lots to see in the city, including the hotels themselves, many of them offering breath taking examples of Moorish architecture, and fabulous traditional features, like the grand entrance hall of the Parador. Parador De Santa Catalina - Built on rocky crag amid the towers of a medieval Moorish castle, Jaen's parador is one of the showpieces of the parador chain and one of the main reasons for visiting Jaen. Lofty ceilings, tapestry hung walls, baronial shields and suits of armour add to the medieval castle atmosphere. The comfortable bedrooms with canopied beds all have balconies overlooking the mountains.
