Encarna speaks English and Spanish, and is very much at home in the world of administration. She deals with all our office admin from accounting, interdepartmental liaison and data protection issues, to ordering our office supplies.

Encarna has studied payroll and accountancy, as well as business administration. She has more than a decade of experience.
