Re: Bank Digital Signature

Always found the staff at the Rincon branch very helpful, so you should get sorted soon as you can get there.

Go to your account online and update your contact details.
You can use either a Spanish or non Spanish mobile phone number.

Re: Torre del mar for nie

This is perhaps only my opinion/ thoughts on your situation. The NIE number is unique and for life. If you know your NIE number then they might, with evidence from your current passport that you are really you, issue you with a new document. If you can't remember your NIE number but can remember you...

Re: Torre del mar for nie

How can you loose your NIE?
It is just a number that you should find printed on variuos documents.
I don't think I have the original bit of paper that showed my NIE number when I got it before moving to Spain.

poshtotti hasn't been active on this forum since Feb 12 2009 so I very much doubt if you get a PM .
To send someone a PM click on the box next to "contact" on the right hand side of their last post.

Re: Autofirma

It could be the DGT site is/was temporality down.
Easy to check, open https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ and copy the DGT site's URL into "box" and it will tell you if the site is down.

Re: Sabadell Expansion Account -Introduction of Monthly Charge

We have a joint current account, not sure if it is an Expansion Account, and a couple of small savings accounts. Been with Sabadell, was Solbank when we joined, for 16+ years. Don't pay any bank charges. Had a close look at my Sabadell online mailbox and nothing about future charges there. Cheers Ge...

Vodafone 4G in Casa

I've been using the Vodafone 4G in Casa service for my internet connection. When I originally signed up for the service I had a 40Gb data usage limit per month. This was later, without them telling me, upped to 80Gb. I now find out, again without them telling me, to unlimited data usage. T...

Are you resident in Spain?
If so, have you told Sabadell that you are resident.
I have an account with Sabadell and am resident and don't pay any charges.

Re: Form S1

Wasn't the E101 form, in the UK. that you got from the post office to use for health cover when on holiday in foreign countries?
Now replaced by the EHIC card.
How/ where did you apply for duplicate S1 forms?
I binned ours a while ago :-(

Re: Property in Malaga province advice please

All the places you list are West of Malaga.
Properties, generally speaking, are cheaper/ better value for money East of Malaga.
I am biased, but I would say East of Malaga is quieter and more pleasant than West of Malaga.

Hi Lavanda
Are there any Italian restaurants in Cadiz who do other than Pizza and Pasta?
They seem very rare in Spain.

Re: Cádiz — a personal guide

Getting away from cruises and back to Cadiz.
Googled the weather in February and it looks that it should be reasonable.
Just booked for 4 nights in a hotel in the old town.
My choice of hotel was very much influenced by which hotels had parking available.

Re: Cádiz — a personal guide

What is the weather usually like in February in Cadiz? Is it usually busy in February?
Many years ago, before we moved to Spain we spent half a day in Cadiz whilst on a Mediterranean cruise.
Always said we should go back there and have a proper look.
Cheers
