Hi,
Possible see some action as there are already "lights" over in that area.
Not normally very good from Southern Spain but this year could be the one.......so while all the little bite flies are round your TV screen, get out on the terrace and enjoy the free light show.........

Perseids Meteor light show.
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.
Re: Perseids Meteor light show.
We are back in the Uk and will not see a thing as a mass of cloud cover tonight. GRRRRR.
Re: Perseids Meteor light show.
We seen some good ones last night started looking around 10pm. The first one was like a huge fireworks rocket. It's the best I've ever seen. Just look north east and you've a good chance to see a few.

We had cloud cover up this way, but in a gap saw the best one in years, was like a rocket going horizontally right to left.
Maybe same one swerve.........

We were discussing this two years ago on Aug. 12th. Didn't even look last night, it was thundering and lightening
Re: Perseids Meteor light show.
For the first time in a couple of years I actually saw one. I lay in the pool (best way to keep cool and avoid getting bitten!) and was rewarded by a brilliant one going horizontally right across the NE sky - it was huge. I think they were supposed to be more in the early hours but I gave up as it approached midnight. My OH thinks I'm mad as I rarely see anything, but I was happy to see one great one last night.

May have been the same one enrique. We are going to have a midnigth dip in the pool tonight. As said its the only way to aviod getting bit by the mozzies.
