We sat watching the flamenco show Carmen del Salvador Tavero last night, it started at 22.00and finished just before midnight. It was pretty cold, the bull ring was freezing! I think summer is due to start here , just east of Sevilla, next week.

Can't believe it is so cold in Spain. What is happening. Warm here in Scotland
Re: Its cold!
This cool weather has been a godsend to us hayfever sufferers. It is normally unbearable with the windows always shut for weeks. Olive pollen levels are sky high again today even though 99% of remaining flowers opened a week ago. We need a damned good downpour to nullify the residue . No rain forecast for yet another week. I suppose that is the price of living in paradise.

They have had plenty of rain in the Guadix area of Granada, BIL told OTH he hasn't known it be so cold at a time of year when it should be much warmer especially during the mornings and evenings..The weeds are growing and the veg plants are not doing as well as they should be..as oliveview01 said in her post It's looking better for next week..
Re: Its cold!
Malaga City is warm but not your normal summer.
Re: Its cold!
Just got back from 5 days in Madrid and it was pretty cool at times and rainy. The one day the sun was shining I got a bit burnt, so I am quite glad it wasn't the 34 degrees it was this time last year.
Still haven't filled our pool here yet. Quite chilly at night and I'm sure the water wouldn't be that hot (for us!). According to my diary last year it wasn't far off 30 degrees in the pool and living room, although last summer did turn out to be particularly hot. I'm not complaining as it's really quite pleasant at the moment.

Right then, this is it, summer has definitely arrived this time - hot, hot, hot over here in Huelva - at last!

Re: Its cold!
It’s been over 30c here for the last few days? But that’s no hotter than usual for late June. Next month could be hotter than usual to make up for the earlier low temperatures.
Which ever way you look at it, July and August are ALWAYS hot.
Enjoy!
