Missing Posts/threads
When threads or posts are whooshed off into cyberspace, wouldn't it be common courtesy to put a few words in as to why? even if it's only just spam Not very nice when people post in good faith!

Re: Mising Posts/threads
I thought you said you were busy watching the Sailing.
No, that was the other forum wasn't it - sorry!
If you are referring to the Binary thread it was removed at the OP's request.
Unfortunately this forum software, unlike some others, does not allow me to add a note about the deletion.

Re: Missing Posts/threads
In that case is it fair for a member to request a whole thread to be removed when a few other people have posted Can anyone request for a thread to be removed?

Re: Missing Posts/threads
Anyone can request it but if it was not the OP then you would have to have a pretty good reason.
Ultimately it's at the Mods discretion - even if the OP requests it.
I would remind you of what it says in the House Rules.
