El Tranco in Segura Mountains

Has anyone walked this trail, I need to know: Is it fairly level or is it uphill and downhill walking?
Do you know what the temperature is there at the moment?

So sorry I don't speak Espanol! Thanks if you can help.

Looks to be fairly flat round the lake.......with some elevated leg work if you move away from it.
