I think the site is great and have gathered a great deal of info over the years. Allthough I don't have a property anymore, have never lived in Spain, and rarely visit anymore, I still enjoy looking at what's been posted and adding the odd bit to it.

You also get the people who take without giving anything back.I'm always amazed at the amount of people who , when someone is needing help or info, say absolutely nothing nor even contribute to the conversation even though you know that they are experts on the matter . Very peculiar ?
