Many thanks for useful link :D It doesn't specify anything about Carnival but I'll contact the Tourist Information office.
I'm hoping we might just catch something festive as we'll be in town that week.

Did you manage to find out about the carnival?
I didn't know Rincon de la Victoria had a carnival.
We went to see the one i9n Nerja.

It was Malaga carnival on the 1st 2nd 3rd of March
