We are moving house, to another in Spain and I will need to contact the utility companies to change address but wondering whom we contact for our car tax. Do I go to the local office that deals with taxes?
Anything I should be made aware of when cancelling the gas/electrics etc? Forewarned is forearmed etc!!!
