why can't I find Formulario 210 which includes the section "Location of property".

You need to select 02 (Rentas imputadas de inmuebles urbanas) from the drop down list which appears under 'Renta obtenida - Tipo renta' (Box 02).

If you are using the English version that is Box 2 Income Type - Income obtained - Income from Urban property.

Situación del inmueble (Location of the property) will then appear further down the form.

This is my first attempt .
I watched a friend fill it in last year so I knew that there should be a section for the address.
I looked at the form without filling anything in hence the Location of property box did not appear

do you know if there has been any changes to the formula for calculating the tax for 2018

Only the actual form has been changed. The calculations are the same but you will need to check if your valor catastral has changed.

OK thanks .I suppose I will need to go to the tax office to find out if the catastral has changed. I Don't suppose it can be done on the internet from home in England

I take it you're not in possession of your 2018 IBI Bill/Receipt

Do you have online access to your bank account. You should be able to download you IBI receipt from there.
