Hi all, I ordered an item from Amazon Espana via my wife's Amazon account and paid as part of larger order of various other items for the family.
The confirmation email that the item was being sent from China (a specialist motorbike item), to my wifes email address along with all the other individual items.
as the order contained more than 10 items they started to arrive within 48 hours. Mine coming from China and via the postal system was going to be the last.
To cut a long story short the item has not been delivered. The item in question is no longer available and we have emails the vendor and called up Amazon UK as my wife found a uk telephone number to which an automated message asked for her contact details and promised that someone would be in contact from amazon within 2/3 days.
The Spanish site does not seem to have a Spanish number where we can discuss the matter with them. we also paid with a debit card not a credit card so there is no chance of refund. We received all the other items including some other items for me and so my wife deleted the confirmation email as she received so many to every individual item.
I just wanted to ask what else can we do, we have the details of the payment as part of the larger order so know it was made in January. Does anyone know how we can contact anyone from amazon es or anyone from amazon who can look at the transaction and contact the vender on our behalf or more importantly if they are (which is very likely) they are a fraudulent vendor, stop them from taking money from other unsuspecting consumers.
Many thanks in advance for any thoughts and advice.
Kindest regards John

Re: Amazon Online Order
I've found that the chat facility on amazon.es works well, and they normally find someone who speaks English. Resolved a couple of issues in short order using this.

If you have a problem with an order from a third party seller, you have to contact the seller first, but Amazon gets a copy of your communication and then it is easy to get it sorted. Go to this page for details

You can recover deleted emails usually
Re: Amazon Online Order
If you just deleted it it will be in the bin. After x amount of days the contents of the bin gets deleted.
Re: Amazon Online Order
As someone said earlier the chat line best and you just need click on the item and scroll to chat to start same.
Amazon will refund immediately i expect when you explain.
The fact that you paid suggests the item was dispatched as that it was lost in transit as my understanding with group orders we pay when item shipped.
Just double check it was Amazon and not eBay as eBay take the money up front and Amazon take it when item shipped.
The debit or credit card should make no difference.
It may still arrive as i bought an item once on ebay/Amazon and it was coming from China, i checked and got refund and a week or so later the item arrived.

Re: Amazon Online Order
Amazon have no connection at all with eBay. The order was placed with Amazon and they will sort it out.
