A price drop is predicted around here - all the local freebies talk about property prices slowing down. On the coast I can believe it, but probably 'inland' there is better growth potential. You sound very knowledgeable Silver - are you in the business or just well-read?

Hi,
It seems similar to the Uk, people holding out to get their phigh price and the market is slow, but if you dropped the price you would sell reasonably quickly.

On the CB things are very different, the prices have dropped like a stone, particularly around Torrevieja and the CB south, probably due to adverse publicity, and spiralling crime the area. If you compare the 2 the CDS is still very expensive
