Internal walls -- Yeso versus Capa Fina !!

Here is a simple question.

Why use Yeso on internal walls in an older rustic house when Capa Fina (Mon cap) is so much easier and forgiving to use? The end result would be far far better than the "world relief maps" on the walls presently.

Is it just a question of price or something to do with the walls breathing?
