Wanted - ladies cycle suitable for the petite...

Postby TimFF » Fri Sep 09, 2016 4:27 pm

A wild stab in the dark maybe, but has anyone got an unwanted ladies cycle suitable for my wife who's around 5' tall? Preferably somewhere between Marbella and Los Barrios as we're in Sabinillas.

Doesn't need to be anything flash as it'll only be used on flat coastal roads, but would be handy if the air stayed in the tyres and brakes worked...

We managed to pick up a clunker for me at the Manilva market last time we were out, but ladies cycles were noticeably absent. We're out at the end of this month and should have a car big enough to collect.

I've had a couple of leads for cash converter places, but if anyone has any suggestions they'd be most welcome.

cheers

Tim

Tim, I have a mountain style bike in perfect condition for €65. Located in El Paraiso at KM 167 (After Estepona & before San Pedro) . I'm back on October 14th. If thats any good to you.

You could collect it from the store near the airport and test ride it to Sabinillas.

Scotty

Thanks for the offer but we're back in the UK before then...

Costakid

Thanks for the pointers, I suspect that may be the way we go. But not the test ride with my wife's navigational skills.
