How to control High BP

Aren't you allowed to post if you live in India? That would be a bit strange.

Anyway, lower BP by not drinking alcohol, not smoking, losing weight and reduce your intake of high fat foods. Oh and increase excercise substantially to at least one hour each day, 30 minutes a day a few days a week will have no impact.

We have had a lot of people from that area join. All they ever do is make a one line post or two, none of them relevant to Spain and then they just go away. We try and filter them out at the application stage but some still get through.

The bona fide ones that have given a good reason for joining are, of course, free to post, but there have been very few of them.
