It is a bit commercial, mainly for the kids to revell a bit in silliness, and to have an arty crafty thing to do in school for the juniors. You may see a lot of pumpkins about, and more activities in the larger towns than in the villages. Do a google search for the towns local to where you are visiting, for events, and you might come up with something.

Maro apparently has a big evening of attractions as they tie it in with their fiesta for castaña and sweet potato and they call it Maroween.

The day after is All Saints Day and is a big event in Spain. Everyone goes to respect their dead family where they are interred. You have never seen so many flowers. The place I would recommend is the village of Comares where the cemetery is on the top of the hill with the most fabulous views. The best time to visit is the next day when it has calmed down a bit and the flowers are still fresh.

Sid,
Thanks for advise but i was thinking more of then ghost/scary side and how people celebrate and different cultures.
I know all about the holy-days as i come from that tradition and though i do not do much now i never changed.
I only go to grave-yards for funerals that i need attend, they will be coming for me so i am a bit superstitious...

I think you will find that here in Spain the shops have realised that there is commercial gain in selling Halloween tat to the kids and party goers.
Don't think any of it is to do with celebrating different traditions/ cultures.
The only true celebration is, as Sid said, the laying of flowers and sitting with the dead relatives.
Cheers
