I would suggest he has become too Spanish - never spey or neuter a cat, just drown/strangle/put-in-bag-and-throw-down-cliff the kittens.......our local cats seem to come into season 4 times a year, have 5 or 6, so 14 is soon reached! You would think, wouldnt you, that there was some kind of contraceptive you could feed these cats. In fact, havent they started doing just this with grey squirrels in the UK?
