Finding someone to empty the Pozo Negro

Postby oliveview01 » Wed Aug 13, 2014 10:58 pm

Pozo Negro is full and needs emptying- who do you get to empty the pozo´s? Our master plan is to get a nice legal sewage system installed, asap, but until then, we need to get the horrid thing emptied. We have asked the neighbours but they do not know of anyone to do the job.

Hi oliveview01,

Any good................

If you're having problems with your current system you may need to assess your "life style" as the new system will still need TLC as it works in a similar way............

I should ask the Ayuntamiento (although I am surprised the neighbours don't know of a man with a tanker), or look in the Yellow Pages. There are many firms, but most will not use the internet for publicity, and each will probably not want to travel outside a certain "patch".

Many Spanish empty it themselves, though they won't tell you that.Installation of a new one can be very costly and might not work much better.I would suggest much stronger words with your visitors.
