Dirty water

Postby sujee » Sat Jul 09, 2016 8:32 am

Yesterday, while topping up the pool, they decided to clean the deposito. Our pool is now a horrid muddy colour. I know eventually it will settle and then we can clean it but do any of you know a quick way to get the suspended mud to settle?

Use some Floculante. I use the liquid type and all the suspended stuff just clumps together and ends up on the bottom. You need to run the filtration for about 6 hours and it usually has finished dropping out after a couple of days.

I understand the alternative product comes in small sachets which go in the skimmers but I have not used it.
