andalucian swimming pool regulations

can any one tell me the rules( as in spanish law)to the use of a community pool on an urbanization with particular info on the need within the law to have lifeguards present during the hours of use.any experiences on this would be helpful

From my knowledge having owned 2 apartments , the rules are decided by the community of owners, I am not aware of any specific rules laid down,however I imagine if there were rules the town hall would know them , this year in Spain we noticed more communities having life guards particularly in the peak season, so perhaps along with other things rules are tightening .Some help maybe.

it would have to be 25*8 or bigger then? to be over 200 m2 i mean. thats "normal" size for a swimming pool in hte uk, here they are normall 8*5 or something ? alot smaller?

what size is your comunity pool ?

we have 2 pools one is a standard smallish pool but the other they have built is quite large but i do not think it will be over 200 sq mtrs as it waists in in the middle

so its sort of "kidney" shaped or "hourglass" then ?

makes it more difficult to work out, but not impossible
