Any body else use the Salud Respode app and does it still work?
On both mine and my wife's phones it has stopped working.
When we open the app get the logo then a blank, white screen and nothing else.
Reported the problem to the developer who asked for make/ model/ OS, phone number but haven't had any further reply.
ClicSalud+ still works on my PC so can still make doctors appointments.

Just checked mine on my phone and it is fine.

Is your hone Andriod and if so what is the version number of your Salud responde app?

Booked an appt with it yesterday, no apparent problems According to Google store i have version 4.9.1 released aug 19 on my phone.

Thanks both for the replies.
Something defiantly weird happening as it has stopped working on my phone, Samsung J5(2016) running Android vers 7.1.1 and on my wife's phone. Motorola Moto G (2nd Gen) running Android vers 6.0 .
Using either app version 4.9.1 or the previous version

It would be strange if it happened on both phones at the same time but have you tried clearing the cache.
If that doesn't work try uninstalling and then reinstalling.

Tried all of those when I first noticed the problem.
Still didn't work.
Looking at the negative reviews on Google play it seems I am not the only one with the problem.

I have never used it but I have just downloaded the app (version 4.9.1) and registered on my Asus Zenpad with no problem.

All works OK on my Samsung J6 . It did stop working a month or two ago for a few weeks but came back and has been OK since. There was a message though that said there were problems and that I would have to contact the clinic directly for an appointment.

I wonder if the latest updated versions will only run on Android 8 and above?
Do any of you have it working on an Android 6 or 7 system?

I have just downloaded it to my old Moto G with Android version 6.0.1 and it works perfectly.

I did have an occasion in the past where it stopped working. Uninstall/reinstall and all was good again.

Alot of the reviews describe having difficulty using it.try clearing the cach or as said above uninstall,reboot then reinstall it

Yes tried all of those before I started this thread.
Found an old version 3.1.1, not on Playstore, via a Google search.
Installed that one and it works.
Will carry on trying to find the reason for the current version not working.

I think my doctor is underused! I checked the other day and I could get an appointment 59 minutes later!

Fuengirola should eat it's heart out too as some health centres there are 14 days. There was a report in the Spanish news some time ago stating the best and worse waits. Sounds like here, a postcode lottery. We can always get an appointment the same morning but have to phone, online routine bookings take around 4/5 days.El Cid wrote:I think my doctor is underused!
