We bought our house Oct 08 with a Casastral valuation that we were told, by our solicitor, was too high. We were told that, again by our solicitor, we could appeal and expect a substantional rebate. As you will have worked out it is nearly a year since the appeal was started, has anybody had the same experiance or got any advice.
