Never arisen before, but now I'm moving to a "semi" and there is, of course, a shared wall(s).
The contrato de compraventa makes no mention of any rights and responsibilities with respect to shared walls and I'm wondering if this is because there is statute law that covers this situation without the need to incorporate it into a contract.
I could ask my lawyer (again!) but either she doesn't understand me or thinks it's not the sort of thing to put in a contract....or it could be because my Spanish is c**p!
Anyone know?
