720 and sale of assets

Postby Canela » Sun Jan 07, 2018 4:48 pm

When you sell assets declared in 720, do you have to complete a new 720 even though the proceeds are not invested out of Spain but declared in annual renta?

Only a personal opinion but i would say yes because if you dont tell them the asset has been sold (lets say a house) then the 720 isnt upto date and they will still think you own the asset and issues that may come with that in the future. Its very annoying have to refile the dam thing when you just change savings account etc. When you know most dont file it once let alone refile it

I can’t see anything in the AEAT guidance that suggests you need to file a new declaration under those circumstances.
