I have registered an email account . Is it possible to email the local Hasienda from the Web Renta website to inquire why no details of income or retention is sown on the Renta or Economic Activities page and why the details of Olives sold with a retention are also not shown on the online Modelo 100 return .

If it is possible could someone please direct me to where , i cant see any option .

It's up to you to declare your income in Euros. Take the average exchange rate for the year, or use the exchange rate at the time you earned the money. The rates are easily available on the web.

You do not have to give details of how you arrived at the income figure.

That sounds complicated. I suggest you make an appointment at you local AEAT office and sort it out with them.

The ECB average exchange rate for the Australian dollar for 2017 is €1 = AUD 1.4732.

These questions are directed at El Cid or Beachcomber with their vast knowledge about La Renta!
Late as usual, I'm trying to do La Renta 2017 before the cut off date.
I need to print the form 100 or some of it and I cant find how or where.
This is before I try and complete it.

I saw a page with details to complete when you wanted to pay from a non- Spanish bank account.
Now I can't find the page!

Thank you in advance.

Hope you don't mind me answering your questions.
Bring up your Renta Web declaration.
Click Continuar Session
Click Continuar Declaration
Click Presenter Declaration
Click Impresion Declaration
You will then get a PDF which you can download and print.
For changing bank details
You have to go back to the begining and bring up your Renta Web declaration again.
This time
Click Modificar Declaracion presentada
Click box 127
and there you have the page to change your bank details
Cheers
Gerry

I am not sure why you want to print the form before completing it. I don't think you can because it only prints pages that have been completed. If you really want to do this I think it will have to be with a series of screenshots.

The option to change the bank account to a foreign one appears only to apply to refunds. The IBAN for actual payment has a pre-printed 'ES' as part of the IBAN which cannot be changed.

There may, of course, be some facility to pay from a foreign account which I have missed.

There are some instructions here but they are obviously in Spanish but can be changed into English:

Thanks Gerry
That's great.
I was thinking I was on the CAB forum where uncle Tom Cobley and all have to comment!
Thanks Beachcomber
My sister and I have decided not to print!

Nearly there!
We're at the draft stage where figures were automatically added to the draft
Figures are similar to last year's so I assume that I present this?

They should be lower due to the lower exchange rate.

I sent the return yesterday as I was getting anxious.
I left it and left it so my fault.
Just got to change bank details.

Thanks for the help I've received

I'm still struggling with La Renta 2017 return!
Box 127 appears to deal only with money and not bank details.
My sister suggests we pay with a credit card but I can't find any info
Any suggestions?

I've never done La Renta myself as it's always been done by a gestor (16 years)
Thanks in advance

OK lets get this clear.
You have submitted your tax return online and you have some tax to pay?
You want to pay from a different account tan the one you put on your tax return?
If so, when you go into http://www.agenciatributaria.es/AEAT.in ... enta.shtml select the "View and/or amend your direct debit account"
Also read http://www.agenciatributaria.es/AEAT.in ... cion.shtml
It seems you can change the bank account details BUT only to another Spanish bank account.

Cheers

Thanks so much for your reply Gerry.
Your questions
1)You have submitted your tax return online and you have some tax to pay?
Yes declaration submitted as I have tax to pay

2)You want to pay from a different account tan the one you put on your tax return?
Yes. I don’t have a Spanish bank account anymore.

As I was being helped with the return, I didn’t spot the errors
Also the return has my Spanish address which of course I should have amended to the UK one

I can’t remember which page I was on but it was to do with the change of the bank. I had to change the IBAN but it wouldn’t recognise the second box which was ABBY. It required numbers!!
Back to square one!
I did contact the gestor I used for 15 years to ask if I could pay by credit card but she didn’t know.
I’ll ring the tax office tomorrow to see what I have to do
I’ve made a right pig’s ear of it!

Hi,
" I had to change the IBAN but it wouldn’t recognise the second box which was ABBY"

Looks like UK uses letters where as the Spanish Banks use Numbers.......... I thought that this was an International Code.... :?:
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.

Yes Enrique you're right!
UK uses 4 letters after the GB and Spain uses four numbers!
