Thinking of buying an apartment for holiday rentals. I notice that one of the conditions relates to disabled access. In the case of apartments in our village nearly all are accessed by external steps, and then internal stairs. Would this automatically disqualify them? Ie does there have to be street access and a lift?
Experience from folks who’ve officially registered their apartment, please.
Thanks.

Re: Holiday rentals. The law.
Just in case anyone here has registered their rental property and is compliant with the law I have another question. How is the renter’s data (passport number etc) presented to the police? Do I need to have someone on site to obtain signatures and take a paper form to the police or can I submit the information over the Internet as is obviously the case when I check in to a hotel and provide myself passport details.
Thanks again to anyone who has gone through this process.
