Modelo 002

Postby Cornflake4 » Mon Feb 25, 2019 4:40 pm

Hi guys,
Has anyone ever paid a fine (Modelo 002) via their bank?
I've just done it for my Dad and got issued with a NRC but no idea what to do with it now (I know how to do it with Modelo 210 but can't seem to find the equivalent for Modelo 002).
Do I need to go on the AEAT website and tie the payment up their using the certificate + NRC or is it just a case of leaving it as it is (i.e. I've made the payment directly from the bank website with the correct reference and I ignore the NRC issued)?
Thanks!

I think that is all you need to do but check here:

https://www.agenciatributaria.es/AEAT.i ... NRC_.shtml

You can change this into English if you wish.

You should be able to confirm on the AEAT web site with your Dad's digital signature that the fine has been paid.

Thanks Beachcomber!
Had to go straight to the bank as my Dad's id reference there (national passport number) doesn't match the NIE on the AEAT.
Found the fine at it says "Pendiente de pago en plazo de pago ejecutivo" re the payment....not sure if that means it hasn't cleared yet and they know about it or if it means they're awaiting payment full stop...I'll keep an eye on it.

Me again!

Well, the fun keeps on coming...as it looks like the fine is still pending one the AEAT website (maybe 'm looking in the wrong place?), I proceeded to try to chat (using Bling translator) with the AEAT...of course, they couldn't help and advised me to contact the debt line who themselves are not allowed to speak English or any other foreign language for that matter....

The Lady on the chat told me that the payment could take up to 15 days to show up, has anyone experienced wherther their payment has showed up right away or not?

Thanks!

Hi Cornflake4,
Took 15 days to register a payment via the Bank to an AEAT site recently. Last year a similar payment took a Month to register.......
All my best learning experiences start with a problem I need to solve.

Hello Enrique,

Thanks for getting back to me. :P
Oh my, they were not joking then!
I guess I'll have to play the waiting game, I'll update here if/when I get some news for future reference.
Hopefully, they won't major the penalty any further!
For information, I'm talking about a penalty of less than €4 !!!!

Arghhh so I checked the account and it still shows as unpaid AND now it says my Dad account is in Embargo!
I panicked a bit and submitted:(with the help of Bing translator)
Trámite: RH015 - Presentación de recurso o solicitud
Procedimiento: RH01 - Recurso de reposición contra actos de Recaudación
With a copy of the online bank receipt and the NRC number...
And now I'm worried I've made things worse!
