Amazon do short ones for domestic ovens, or do you need a really long version for a proper wood oven?

You might try Ferreteria Los Llanos, on the old N-340, on the Torrox-El Morche boundary. They have giant paella dishes and tools, and might have pizza equipment too, or will know who stocks.
Alternatively, contact one of the many suministra hoteles/restaurantes (forgive spelling) businesses down this way.

Several on Amazon.co.uk as well. Search for "pizza shovel". I found a 36" one for about £17.

Italian for 'shovel' is 'pala', so given the usual sloppy pronunciation of the average Brit...?
