Endesa Online
Endesa Online
Has anyone else had a problem in the past couple of days logging on to Endesa online? For some reason the look of the login page has changed and it tells me "user name or password invalid". It's the same as I always use so I have no idea what's going on. Help.
Re: Endesa Online
Yes the page has changed. I have, just for you, logged in and looked at my bills. I found it very slow and non-intuitive compared to the previous version.
I find I have to use IE. for Endesa or it just doesn't work.
Not much help I know.

Re: Endesa Online
I can log in to Endesa with Pale Moon.
I did find that the username is case sensitive and when I first registered I used lower case but all of the letters were converted into uppercase so when you try to log in enter the username and password exactly as before.

I'm on an iMac and I've tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome – any suggestions?

Re: Endesa Online
I am sorry as I will not be able to help with your question.
I am interested in this subject as I want to pay remotely with a credit card, I did try to prepay my account in advance but was told this option is not available.
I am not in Spain at the moment so I cannot check out as I have not got account details.
I hope the OP does not mind but I am also very interested in whatever options are available as regards to this topic.
Regards

Re: Endesa Online
I've just tried the " click to view bill" on my last notification, which worked when I received it, but now doesn't.....'triffik! Wonder what to do now?

Re: Endesa Online
Hi Beachcomber, just tried that page and it says the "captcha" I entered was incorrect...I can't see any captcha to recognise or anywhere to enter it. I've never changed my login for Endesa so I must be correct.

Re: Endesa Online
I don't see a Captcha on that page either but I just enter my details and I am in. It was very slow when I checked earlier but now it is a bit quicker. Maybe they are working on it.
Try this page:
https://www.endesaclientes.com/hogares.html
Go to 'Acceso Clientes' and try logging in from there.

Re: Endesa Online
I've been using the Endesa site for some time, with no paper bills but, a few months ago, I started receiving my bills through the post again. Didn't take much notice, just thought "I'm in Spain, what do I expect?" Been following this post and thought I would try logging on to the new site. Following Beachy's instructions, I managed to eventually get through (by the way, the "Captcha" is the funny numbers showing after the password) only to find my account is blocked.Try to unblock it and it can't find that page. This is using Chrome so that may be the problem, I'll try again with IE when I've regained the will to live!

Re: Endesa Online
There is definitely no Captcha requirement on my log in page. If your account really is blocked I think you will need to call them in order to get it unblocked.
Try 800 760206. It is a free call but highly unlikely that you will find an English speaking operator.

Same result with IE - guess I'll just wait until they get their website sorted out. In the meantime, I will still be receiving paper bills so it's just more paper to file. Must be time for a beer!

Morning All
Just signed in to my usual url - http://www.endesaonline.com/CT/Hogares/ - with my email address and password (no captcha requested), and it worked fine. I'm using the latest Firefox and Windows 8 (still nervous of upgrading to Windows 10).....
As a matter of interest, we think that the new website is much clearer and user friendly, other than the lack of an English language option, but we are in Spain after all.......
Regards to All
