Movistar Phone number to speak english

Is there a direct dial number to speak to Movistar in English .... At one time you could just say 'english' using 1004... This does not seem to be the case now ...

If not most phone shops have an English speaker. Your pigeon Spanish and there Pigeon English and I am sure you will get through.

no .. I want to change my land line contract ... I need the Movistar sales number

I phoned 1004 from my landline last week and got through quite quickly in English and have made several calls over the last few months. Perhaps I have been lucky !!

I don't know if it makes any difference but I use 699991004 from my mobile and just ask for an English speaker. Works ok for me.

Well I am having the same problem. Just trying to get through. Tried various options but cannot get through. All automatic responses. Press this and that number etc but still on the line waiting.............................

Sorted ..... you do have to ring 1004....early morning did it for me. Eventually you get through, and ask to speak english ( in Spanish) and eventually you get put through to an english speaker .. if you ask them the question, they modify your account /phone number to recognise your an english speaker for next time you ring 1004...

I got through in the end, As you say it is the timing. I phoned about 5ish. I was hanging on for a long time however I sorted the problem out! So we remember to phone early or late!
