Guadalmina Sur

Wide fairways winding between stands of pine and jacaranda trees temp you at Guadalmina Sur Golf Course, one of the Coast's oldest courses. Located in the Marbelle-San Pedro district of Guadalmina

Considered the more difficult of Guadalmina's 45 holes, it is the Costa del Sol's second oldest golf course. Read the history.  The raised greens are an encouragement to attack the pin. Henry Cotton named the long 7th hole Tipperary as it's a long way to go! At the 15th there is a bunker waiting to catch anything that falls short, and from the tee tunnel vision is an advantage in order to successfully drive between two stands of tall pine.
