In Spain
they have a slightly different structure to the infrastructure in
comparison to other countries. There is the State (i.e. Spain),
17 Regions (i.e. Andalucia) and Provinces, which are areas within
the Region. There are 8 provinces in Andalucia and you can search
for your GPS POIs using Province as the criteria. This enables you
to get all the points within a certain area of Andalucia.
