Marbella Hill Club is located just below La Concha mountain, and was first developed in the 1970s by Prince Ferdinand von Bismarck, great grandson of the Otto von Bismarck Otto (1 April 1815 – 30 July 1898), known as Otto von Bismarck the conservative Prussian statesman who dominated German and European affairs from the 1860s until 1890 and was the first Chancellor of the German Empire between 1871 and 1890.

Marbella Hill Club includes about 50 single family plots, several two and three storey apartment blocks including those named  Los Hibiscus I, Los Hibiscus II, Los Hibiscus III, Las Esmeraldas. 

Marbella Hill Village is an development within Marbella Hill Club of stylish townhouses built in in Andalusian style.

Many of the later blocks and houses were constructed at various points in the late 90's to the mid 2000's.   

Jardines Colgantes (Hanging Gardens) is a later and separate development on the northern perimeter of Marbella Hill Club which is accessed via Marbella Hill Club. Jardines Colgantes comprises of five apartment complex built in 1985 and 1988 of four or five storey with two apartment per storey.  

Swan's international School is located on the eastern side of Marbella Hill Club. 

Nagüeles Park is very popular at weekends. it has a large car park is located next to Swans School on Calle Lago de los Cisnes. There is also a quieter area of park without facilities on the north side of Calle Albinoni where the Pinar de Nagúeles footpath starts.
