This is a very nice sports club on two floors, with
the cardiovascular machines on the upper level, allowing you to
look out over the entrance to Nerja and the surrounding hills as
you run on the running machine. Also upstairs is the aerobic room
where there are many classes on offer, such as aerobics, step, personal
defense, yoga and spinning. Also included in the facilities is a
sauna. Membership of this gym allows automatic reciprocal membership
of a sister gym, on Laguna Beach in Torrox Costa (ask for details
at Gimnasio Venus). New classes added to the schedule recently are
Pilates and aerobox.
