Huelva's bus station is in the centre opposite the tourist office, at Calle Doctor Rubio, 959 25 69 00. Services are run by the Damas bus company (www.damas-sa.es). There are frequent buses to Seville, the Monasterio de la Rábida, Punta Umbría, Ayamonte, Mazagón and other resorts. There are two buses a day to Faro, Portugal and the Sierra de Aracena. A once-daily service runs to Cádiz, Malaga, Granada and Tarifa. For El Rocío change at Almonte. Six buses a day go to Río Tinto.

In the bus station is a cafeteria and left luggage lockers.
