Re: Renta 2019

Just go to the AEAT site and look for Rentaweb and take it from there. I did write a very long guide once but it keeps changing and I can’t keep up with the changes. That said it is now very easy to follow so long as you have last years declaration in front of you.

Re: Renta 2019

You don’t actually need a digital certificate. You can apply for a reference number online using your bank details and some information from your previous declaration. When you sign in all the personal info, property details etc will be already filled in. All you need to do is enter the 2019 figures...

Re: Coronavirus

They have been a miserable failure at stopping folk fleeing the cities for their second homes, Down here on the coast they have done a really good job. There were a lot of people driving down from Madrid and Granada and they had big road blocks on the motorway just south of Granada. They were also ...

Re: Coronavirus

Ive not seen anything specific, but the carer of a friend was stopped and told to shop in our village rather than drive into town. I think if you can prove that an “essential” item is needed and only available further away, logically that should be OK. I think that because you cannot be that specifi...

Re: Dog walking during the lockdown

I have seen 100m quoted, but I'm not sure the rules are that exact. They say something like a sensible distance, as short as possible and only only long enough for them to satisfy their physiological requirements and away from other people.

If the problem continues, try typing the message into a text editor like Wordpad in Windows and copy and paste into the forum.

Re: Coronavirus

The only published figures that really can be relied on are the number of deaths as they have to be recorded. Cases of infection are meaningless as there is no standard method of testing the overall population. Most recorded cases are people in serious trouble who end up in hospital or at least have...

Re: Going To Airport

Im only saying that common sense says that in this case, as there is no risk to other people then the police would probably allow it. The law allows you to do it if it is a case of Force Majeur. You are saying take two taxis which exposes more people to the risk. That cannot be sensible. The police a...

Re: Going To Airport

You can, if you have just cause. You would need to argue that point with the police if you are stopped, but I doubt that they would object, because are you actually increasing the risk of contagion and returning home is a valid reason for having to go to the airport. I hardly think that they will in...

Re: UK State Pension

The exchange rate has been at an average of about 1.13 for the last 2 years. It is now about 5% lower. If someone is on such a tight budget that they cannot handle that, then they should not be here.

Lavanda, he is drip feeding with two week extensions as that is the maximum length by law which is allowed before he need to get approval from parliament for each extension. Re: Coronavirus

I don't think there are any distance restrictions as such, but you may need to justify why your shopping trip takes you a long way from home.

Almuñécar council have produced this document which seems to give ALL the answers. You will need to use Google Translate unless your Spanish is very very good. https://diariosexitano.com/2020/03/19/el-ayuntamiento-de-almunecar-lanza-un-escrito-sobre-preguntas-y-respuestas-frecuentes-sobre-la-crisis-...
