Re: Spanish Postal Service

I haven't had any mail since before the lockdown started. I believe my usual postman collects the mail from the sorting office in Velez Malaga and delivers it in the Cajiz/ Iznate area before opening the office in Iznate from 1:30 to 2:00 PM There is a notice on the office door that it is temporally...

Re: Intelsat 907 / Satback Update - Major News!!!

Did notice about a minute interruption in the signal yesterday afternoon.
Wheather was good so that shouldn't have caused an interruption.
Wondered whether or not if the signal had been switched?

Re: Coronavirus

It's you who brought up the driving to a place with possible contagion as justification for not driving a few more kilometres.
I prefer Devil advocates reason that dring further increases the chances of an accident and possibly putting a further load on the emergency services.

How does driving on your own in your car for a few extra kilometres effect the "exposure to contracting or spreading this virus" ? Cheers Gerry Simple, if you drive from an area such as velez Malaga with No confirmed cases to an area nearby with Confirmed cases then it's more of a risk. &...

Re: Confusion about NIE/Residency

Welcome to the forum.
For what do you require a Gestoria.
Some specialise in vehicle transfers, some in tax matters, some claim to do it all etc. And some are just rip off merchants charging high fees for something you can easily do yourself.

Re: Quantis/eurona

Do you actually know the call was from Eurona.
Call them on their published number, not the number they called you from if it is different.
Ask them to confirm they phonesd.

Re: Driving restrictions

Interesting question. Our dog needs regular blood tests to adjust his medication. Probably wouldn't be life-threatening if he didn't have his medication but his quality of life, he wouldn't be able to walk, would be compromised. Hopefully, you could drive to a vet with your pet in an emergency, poss...

That is/was the recommended way, but I believe there were long on-hold queues to speak to a person.
So extending all prescriptions by 6 months seems very sensible.

I'm waiting for 7 packages to arrive.
All from China, some ordered before the Coronavirus outbreak started and some after.
So I expect a delay although I know some of the have arrived in Spain.
