There seems to be something new going on in Spain — a questioning of exactly what on earth is going on in one of the sunniest countries in Europe yet with the highest energy bills. Throughout this summer I have been on an very, very steep learning curve and have only just recently woken up and joined the millions of people who are seriously concerned with what is happening to energy production both in the light of 'climate change' and the availability of tax-payers subsidies.
