Forum Spell Checker

Postby Trato Hecho » Tue Aug 11, 2009 11:51 am

Is it me or does the spell checker on the forum not work :?

I struggle greatly with my spelling but run spell check and it always shows no errors yet i still wasnt happy with it on a particular word and when i checked it elsewhere it was incorrect.

im now worried about my previous posts as we all take for granted the spell check but it seems useless.

Hi,
Last time I used it it didn't work so posted a note to Admin, they said it was a problem :(
Use the spell checker in your browser, Firefox seems to be ok on that.

Hi Trato,
Used to work a treat on the old Forum but since the "upgrade" not so, even the clock isn't that accurate either. :(

Hi Mowser,
Its not really a clock , but in the bar at the top of the page. Gives the date and time, and if you're logged on your last visit date and time too. 8)

If you really need to, you could write all you posts in your word processor, spell check it, then copy and paste it into the forum.

Hi,
Good to see you posting again gretch :D
Make sure you have the spell checker turned on in your browser, as I posted earlier if you have the British English Directory add-on in Firefox and the Spanish one then you can have the best of both 8)
