Benahavis river walk

Benahavis river walk

Could anyone comment on whether it's worth doing the canyon this summer? I'm concerned that the drought will have left it green and gunky.

Hi

I belong to a Private Rambling Group in Estepona. It is far to hot to walk in Summer in Andalucia.That is why we limit our Rambles to the period Oct-May each year. It would be better to do this walk in October rather.

I suspect you are not familiar with this one. It involves wading and swimming down a narrow shaded canyon.
Summer is the only time you would do it, although not if there is no water.
