They are all shut today as it is a public holiday but are open for business the rest of August!
I think that Worten also sell these.

If you have a Bricamart near you they are good prices too, you can google the stores address.

Be aware that most of these portable machines need to vent to the outside. We bought one a couple of years ago that is absolutely useless.
It wasn't until we got it home and unpacked it, that we realised they come with a plastic flexible pipe that has to be fitted to the rear of the unit to direct the VERY hot exhaust air through an open window. ( similar to the early tumble driers) Therefore allowing hot air to enter the room. I can leave ours running in a small bedroom for more than an hour and it will maybe bring the temp down by one degree, if we're lucky
I suppose I could knock a hole in the wall for the pipe, but that would defeat the whole object of the unit being "portable"
You would be far better in my opinion doing what I ended up doing, and fitting a ceiling fan.

Some of the portable models make so much noise you might want to invest in some ear plugs!

We bought a portable aircon unit, complete waste of money. Ceiling fan and if needed and a floor fan much better! Our portable aircon unit is in the garage collecting dust.

We've already got the ceiling fans and the stand up fans but your just reticulating warm air. It seems that the general views are that the portable units are not very good. Thanks for the replies we will just have to look into some fixed units.

i now have first hand experience of portable units, if only for a few minutes in a shop.

i saw one in carrefour. 269€, the air was ice cold and there was a tube from the rear, like said.

i saw another chinese make / unknown one today half price for 40€ !! that was energy group E, the air was also ICE cold. the tube coming from the rear terminated in a thin adaptor about 20cm x 4cm.

i think they would be good in a room with the doors and windows shut.
