Mine has expired. I cannot find how to renew online, in fact it suggests that renewal is automatic. All I can find is a number to call you don’t receive a new card.
Anyone with recent experience of this?

Ours arrived automatically using the original photos.
It was a few weeks after the old one expired..

Thanks, but that info has nothing about renewal.pensure1988 wrote:Hi Sid

Gordon, automatic renewal is my understanding of the situation, but it’s 3 months since ours expired.
I think it may end up with a call to Sevilla to sort it out. My last renewal arrived in the post, but not this time.

Sid,
Our cards didn't arrive promptly, I don't think that you would have a problem if you continue to use the old card.
Probably better to wait until the New year before chasing it up..

Gordon

Re: Renewal of over 65 card
Problem (hopefully) solved with a call to Sevilla. New cards in the post within 2 weeks. I am guessing they sent them before but Correos managed to lose them. Will probably get 2 sets now!
Thanks for your help guys

Re: Renewal of over 65 card
Now i could be missing the point, but how comes an "over 65" card ever needs to be renewed? its not like we are all going to get younger and it no longer applies...

Re: Renewal of over 65 card
You are right, but if was valid indefinitely, it would probably put an entire department out of work and save money. We really can't have that, can we?

Hi El Cid, the same thing happened to me,I waited for another month after mine expired and nothing so this is the No. 900200165 it took a couple of calls but I was successful in the end, all I said was that mine had not arrived after phoning this No. a couple of weeks ago and I confirmed my address and NIE, within a week a new one arrived. Hope this helps.
