Put them on the barbeque/grill, preferably wood fired for 12-15 mins !

We used to stick them on a piece of foil on top of the woodburner (on, obviously ;-) )

Get to your nearest bar doing a magosto night and copy them! Though down south you lot might have to find the nearest Casa de Galicia! :lol:

I had a very good chestnut and mushroom tagliatelle in an Italian restaurant but never cooked it.
