On November 16th 2007, associated company of FCC Paragon, PARAGON ADVANCE ES will be hosting a luncheon for the most prominent figures from the property industry on the Costa del Sol to celebrate their recent launch into the Spanish market.


Established as one of the leading UK specialist companies providing extensive services to the residential lettings industry in Britain, FCC PARAGON have successfully imported their expertise to the Spanish market with a range of products including professional and extensive tenant referencing and Landlord rental warranties.



With an ever-increasing growth of Spanish property owners emulating the UK, with buy to let investments together with the Government's policy to drive the release of over 1 million unoccupied homes onto the market, it makes for a potentially exciting new era for the rental industry and long-term property investment throughout Spain.



The potential commercial and economic growth is understood, however with this imminent new wave of an inevitable buoyant lettings market, it is likely in the pioneering stages that significant problems are a natural concern to property businesses and individual landlords alike, regarding the safe guarding of securing decent tenants.



To combat this previously, the historic standard practice in Spain has been for a tenant to pay very high deposits in advance of letting a property.
